Has anyone ever not experienced any negative effects from weed?

I know this is a drugs chamber and it's mostly just anecdotal stuff but I'm really curious to know if anyone has ever not experienced negative effects from weed. I don't smoke that much and not that often but throughout the years I've noticed that no matter where I get my weed from, It always seems to make me feel really anxious and uncomfortable for at least a few hours after I smoke it. I really don't like it when I smoke and just feel really anxious and uncomfortable afterwards. I know I'm not alone when it comes to negative effects from weed but is there anyone who has ever just not experienced any negative when smoking weed? It would be really helpful if someone could share their stories of this. I know this post isn't going to be popular in a drugs chamber but thanks in advance for just reading it.
