Remind me to never buy sig

So I have a sig p226 with 4k rounds on it. It has been a great gun. There is one thing that bugs me about the gun. The slide is very easy to scratch. I'm thinking I'll just get it duracoated. I call sig and tell them I have a slide I want to send them to get a new finish. I'm thinking they will have a cerakote type finish at the very least. Nope. It costs 60 bucks. I can get the slide duracoated with a custom color at that price. <br><br>I call Springfield, and I can get a new slide coated for 15 bucks. <br><br>I'm definitely going to buy a springfield over a sig from now on.
