CMV: Women shouldn't be allowed to walk around topless in public.

This is something I've been thinking about a lot lately. Women in our society are allowed to walk around topless in public. As I see it, there's two sides to this. One is that it gives them equality to men and the other is that it can make others uncomfortable. Now, I will explicitly state that if I saw a woman walking around topless I would not mind at all. In fact, I would be fairly happy to see that. But the thing is, I'm not everyone. There are plenty of people that would dislike this, whether it be due to cultural or religious reasons. This brings us to the other side of the coin: Equality. I fully believe that women should be equal to men in every aspect. But the thing is, if women are allowed to go topless, but men aren't? That just doesn't make any sense to me. The other thing is, if you allow women to go topless, you have to allow men to do the same as well. Otherwise it's just unfair to men. As I see it, the best way to deal with this is to either make it Illegal for both sexes to go topless, or make it illegal for neither. There are positives and negatives for both, so it's kind of a tricky situation. I'm not saying they shouldn't be allowed to walk around topless at all times, but there should be specific circumstances.<br><br>Edit: I feel the need to state that I'm not involuntarily staring at every woman I see. I have better things to do than stare at every woman I see. Also, if a women is topless, I would most likely not even notice.
