Has human evolution stopped?

Recently I got into the topic of evolution (a bit newbie here). There are a lot of articles and podcast in which some are saying that human evolution has stopped and some say that it is still going.

I live in Europe (NL) and am not aware of any natural selection in our daily lives. You can have many children (financially supported by the state) and there is a lot of food and water available. When thinking about natural selection it only seems to be about selection on diseases.

For example, a study in NL showed that people who had the A variant of the ABO blood type gene were more likely to die from a COVID infection compared to people who had the 0 variant. This is an example of natural selection. Having the 0 variant would help to protect you from severe infection.
