How do I overcome my desire to do absolutely nothing after work?

I’m in my 30’s and I’ve just started my first professional job after 2 years of university. I work about 5-6 hours a day most days with 3 days off a week. <br><br>When I finish work, I either spend 2-3 hours playing video games, watching TV, or scrolling through my phone. I don’t feel fulfilled by doing this and would rather spend my time doing something productive but I’m just so tired and I’ve been getting really bad headaches most nights. <br><br>I know that I need to change and I’ve started small by doing something productive for 15 minutes a night. However, I worry that this desire to do nothing is becoming a habit and that my life will continue like this for a long time. <br><br>I know there must be people like me who deal with this on a daily basis. What tips do you have to help me overcome this?
