This just happened a few hours ago, I was in my car driving home from a gig I have one night a week. <br><br>I was stopped at a stop light, and since I was the last car in line, I rolled my window down to toss a cigarette butt into the trash can in the corner of the intersection. <br><br>I noticed that there was a guy, not homeless or anything, standing next to the trash can, and he was just looking at me. <br><br>As I tossed the cigarette in, he turned towards me, and I did back to him, and noticed that he had his dick out, and he was masturbating.
