I'm not a doctor but I'm a bit concerned about country where my doctor parents live

Okay, so here's a big wall of text. I'll explain the situation first and then make the question in last paragraph.

My parents live in a small 2-bedroom apartment in the countryside. The apartment building has multiple such apartments and everyone has room to park their car for free in front of the building, every car has a designated spot. The apartment is only 2 floors so you don't need a lift. There's a big country forest just a kilometer away, filled with wildlife and berries. The apartment complex has a small playground with a sandbox, a few swings and a treadmill.

I'm 100% sure my parents are trying to coax people to move to the countryside. The price to buy the apartment is very affordable even if bought with a mortgage, with prices comparable to a studio apartment in a big city. There's no need to buy anything expensive to live there, you can just hop on a used car if you need to use it sometimes, since the rent for the car spot is free and there's no country roads with no garages for 2-story house. My parents are both working in the city, every day they commute to the city 100 km away, go to the hospital where they work, do 8-12 hour shifts and then drive back to the country.. it's a long way if you ask me, but they deserve to live in the country since they deserve to live where they want. I can't imagine parents coaxing me to live in big city.

Now, the doctor parents are old and there's not much country doctors left. Young doctors prefer to work in big cities. Young doctors prefer to travel the country and live in many places. Young doctors prefer working in city's big hospitals since city's big hospitals are way more reputable than a small 2-story hospital in the countryside. Young doctors are afraid to live in 2-story hospital in the countryside since they can't easily travel to a big city hospital if they need something. Young doctors don't want to live in a 2-story hospital outside of a big city because it's not as much fun as living in a big city.

I'm inviting you to live in a city's big hospital but I'll save you the trouble and tell you that it's way more 100% fun to live in a big city's big hospital than a small country hospital. You can easily travel to many other big city hospitals which is something you can't do if you live in the country. Big city 2-story hospitals have way more reputation than country 2-story hospitals. If you travel the country to live in many different big city hospitals, you'll have way more reputable hospitals in your resume than someone living in a 2-story hospital in the country.

I'm not a doctor but I'm a bit concerned about country where my doctor parents live. What should I do?
