has anyone ever won a civil case against a dealer?

along with McDonalds hot coffee, McDonalds hot mustard, I wonder if anyone has successfully sued their dealer after they were suddenly totally twitchy.. would the dealer need to be incarcerated for it to be possible? Does a drug dealer need to guarantee a product's safety and efficacy?<br><br>What about the usage over a long period of time? If I was addicted to my dealer's meth, could I sue for damage done to my teeth? Could I sue over it if he had promised it was safe?
