I don’t really know why I delay things so much. I’m a software developer, so I have some programming task and I’m just scrolling on Chambers or YouTube or whatever, but once I put that to the side and focus on the task at hand, I feel so much better. I make sure that I break those tasks up into smaller ones, so that I can focus on one task, then the next. It’s not even that hard, so I’m not sure why I always procrastinate, maybe it’s just me, but I use the 2 minute rule. If a task is less than 2 minutes, I’ll just get it out of the way and if it’s longer than that I’ll work on it a little bit each day
