How do I (25F) break up with my boyfriend (27M) of 7 years?

I have been with my boyfriend for 7 years, we live together. We were each other's first loves at 18 and have been together since. We have a reasonably good relationship. He really has always been good to me. We get along for the most part and we have common ground to share. The thing is, I have been feeling really empty and I can't seem to find a reason to be affectionate or intimate with him anymore. I can't put my finger on what exactly it is. He is attractive and I find him attractive and I can't put my finger on what it is. I still love him but I feel entirely uninterested and there is no romance left. It doesn't feel like a relationship. It feels like a friendship and it's not what I want. I have tried to ignore it and push it aside but I can't ignore it.<br><br>I have never been able to break up with a boyfriend so I don't know exactly what to say or how to do it. I know it will hurt him a lot and I'm feeling guilty but I don't think I can stay in the relationship anymore.<br><br>What do I say to him and how do I do it?
