Does anyone else see weird, glitchy squares above cars?

Ok so I’ve posted about this in weird conversations, but I think this sub is a better place. I would post a picture but I’m moving. I can’t explain it well verbally other than it looks like those little squares that you see after you edit something. I’ve been having a feeling for about half a year now that something is very wrong. I’ve posted about this on weird conversations (I don’t have a screenshot unfortunately) but I see this black and white little squares above cars on the road. I would post a picture if I wasn’t moving but I see this little squares above the cars. I know it sounds crazy. Please tell me if you’ve seen something similar.
