Recommend some anime where a character gets kicked out of his house and goes to live on a island.

I have no idea if this is an actual anime. My mate was stuck on a bus ride and then a girl sat next to inside this bus was watching an anime where the main character was getting kicked out of his house and then he goes to live in a cabin in an island in the middle of nowhere.<br><br>He really liked the premise of the anime but he couldn't find out the name because the girl was watching some weird app with a lot of ads.<br><br>I can’t remember if he gave a time stamp of the bus trip or during which time stamp, but he mentioned it was a female voice saying something like:<br>“it was nice living in this house and with everyone”<br><br>Update: Some people are saying she might have been watching Re Zero the Prophecy of Zacharias? But he isn’t sure.<br><br>Edit: he doesn’t remember much except that the girl had short hair that was blue and the on the island it was covered in snow. He said some kids were around in the last scenes and he remembers a cabin and a lot of trees covered in snow.<br><br>Update: There was an old lady in the episodes she was watching and she said: <br>“it’s good that you came back”<br><br>Edit: Some people have been saying she might have been watching The devil is a part timer but the main character from that anime doesn’t live in an island and there isn’t any snow, he doesn’t remember anything regarding the main character’s powers. He said it was a normal kid that got into some trouble with some people at school and then got kicked out of home by his dad.<br><br>I hope that helps to rule out the wrong anime.
