Help Needed - Creating a program that displays a simple Area Map

I have a assignment where I am to create a graph where I can view a map of a city. No matter what I try, I end up with the data separate and not within a map let alone a graph. I am using Python and I need help with a simple program or a code that I can manipulate to create the program I need. <br><br>I know it would be easier to use Matplotlib or plotly or something like that but the instructor wants us to use the NetworkX library. <br><br>I don't know what else to do. <br><br>I need help. <br><br>&#x200B;
