If you're doing a math problem, and the answer options look like 16,17,18,19, it's probably 17.

Not me spending 30 minutes on a problem, wandering around the room, looking at the options, thinking "wow, the middle value is the most likely, I don't have time, I'll just guess. I know the math and the numbers will be normal" only to realise afterwards that if 17 was in any other spot I would just get 32 as well, and i woudl have had to solve that 30 minute problem. what the hell is wrong with math teachers I swear.
