I work in customer service. I spent the day helping 8 customers with the same issue and now I’m wishing I had her AI marketing job.

I am a customer service rep. Sometimes I do good in my job and sometimes I do bad. <br><br>I’m 38 and at this point I don’t know where or how to transition to a different career. I have a low paying job and can’t afford to go to college. I’m at a loss.<br><br>I’ve been in the office all day thinking about how much money I’m making. I’ve spent the entire day helping 8 customers with the same issue. I find it shameful and sad. I know I’m not alone in this. I would love to be on the other side of the fence. I wish I had her AI marketing job. I don’t think it’s right either but it’s just different.<br><br>I don’t know what to do. I feel stuck.
