I met a ghost at a pizza restaurant

One time I was on a road trip with my family and we were in the south. We were in a very small rural town with one small restaurant.  <br><br>It was pizza night and being the 90s, pizza was a big thing.  <br><br>So we walked into the restaurant and saw a woman sitting behind the counter. She was an older woman and seemed very nice.  <br><br>We walked up to her and she gave us menus and took our order.  <br><br>So we sat down at a table and waited.  <br><br>The woman looked a bit familiar to me but I couldn't put my finger on it.  <br><br>I thought that she looked familiar because I had seen her in the town before. But that was it.  <br><br>So anyway our pizza came and we started eating.  <br><br>After a bit the woman came up to us and said that she was going home for the day.  <br><br>So she gave our bill to another man and he went home.  <br><br>I don't know why but I felt bad for the woman.  <br><br>She seemed like something was wrong.  <br><br>I didn't know why she left so abruptly, but I didn't think to much of it.  <br><br>So we came back the next day to get food again.  <br><br>The man was there. We asked where the woman was and he told us.  <br><br>The woman died in the early 2000s. But her ghost came back to the restaurant. Yes, we were in a restaurant being served by a ghost.  <br><br>This made me sad. It made me feel like something was wrong with her.  <br><br>The man said he had no idea why she was a ghost. He said he didn't think she died in the restaurant or had any traumatic event happen to her.  <br><br>I felt bad. It was scary, but I felt bad.  <br><br>The next day we went again.  <br><br>I talked with the man some more. He said it had been years since she had been spotted.  <br><br>I never went to that restaurant again. I don't even think it's there anymore.  <br><br>I don't even know if I believe this. It was so weird.  <br><br>But it happened.  <br><br>And I really have no idea why she is a ghost.  <br><br>I hope she is doing well.  <br><br>I also hope the man is doing well.  <br><br>And I hope you have enjoyed this story.
