Dark Ending To The Anime?

So I was thinking what if because they are going into 2027 and she is going to be 22, because the anime is happening about 4 years before the events in the comic, so if she is "22" years old and has been going to school for 30 years. What I though is crazy is what if this ends up with her dying on her 32nd birthday in 2028. This can be an ending where she and yuzo are getting married in Japan and because she is a "32 year old woman that has been basically acting like a 16 year old, she is so "happy" that she just explodes and I don't know but it just feels kind of cool!
