People who don't want kids are the ones in the wrong? Yeah no

I was just on a Facebook group for moms and a woman was raising her 5 year old daughter that she brought something back from school that she didn't take and didn't need to as some kind of "theft". The girl got scolded and even took a nap with bad dreams, and the mother said she'll return it to school the next day. A lot of people in the comments were siding with the mother that it was wrong to bring home something that wasn't hers. Some women were even saying that this was a textbook case of lying, that children are prone to lie, and even that OP's daughter straight up stole something she had no permission for.

I commented that punishing a 5 year old for this wasn't fair because she just did not understand. And suddenly the comments start to get on me, telling me I would raise my children wrong, that I don't know how to train a child "properly", that I don't know how a child's brain works. I was honestly flabbergasted.

I had no idea that people could be that aggressive towards people who are childfree by choice.
