I began tracking my grocery bills and I worked out how to save money on my groceries.

I used to spend $170 a week on groceries for myself and my wife (both 275 lbs each) but I managed to cut the grocery bill down to $80 a week.

The same meal plan, same quality of food produced, with the same receipts and cook books.

That’s $90 a week I now have going towards my day rate.

It’s impressive how much you can save when you intelligently work out how to buy groceries at the cheapest price, and how much money you can save as a result.
