CMV: Murder should not be legalised.

This is very controversial. There are countless debates over whether death penalty or capital punishment should be legalised or not. But I'm asking the opposite. I personally do not think murder should be legalised. I think the government should have full control over who dies in which circumstances, even in circumstances of war or self defence. <br><br>I'm not religious, this is purely a secular viewpoint. Murder, even in self defence, is wrong. The government should have full control over the circumstances in which it is legal to kill. I don't think war is a good enough reason to kill people. People in an army are still committing murder. You should not be allowed to kill anyone, even if it is to protect yourself or your country. The government should have full control over such decisions.
