How has no one made an anime of Tower of God yet?

I truly don't get this, this one of the most popular manhwas ever written and it just so happens to have a story line and themes that are perfect for anime. Its basically already formatted for an anime. Comics have made the jump, why can't manhwa? I want to know if anyone has any info on this because it seems like a no brainier.
