App for learning Romance languages.

I should preface this by saying I don’t know any app like this exists, although I do believe that such an app must be some where. I take French and Italian, and I wish there were an App that allowed for the user to add their own vocabulary and create flash cards for vocabulary. I would want to use this not just for Romance languages, but other words as well in the future . I would want this app to do a couple of things in additional to flashcards, like creating a list of vocabulary and other helpful hints. Also, like to link the words to words with similar pronunciations and roots. So literally a dictionary of your own creation. Let me know if such an app exists and is popular.
