Meal prep for one is for losers!!!!

Well that’s what I thought anyway. <br><br>I used to meal prep for the week, sometimes 5 meals, sometimes 7. A few days in I’d feel like I’m eating the same thing over and over, so I’d abandon the meals and then eventually stop meal prepping. <br><br>But this past year I started feeling really crummy. Headaches, no energy, just grumpy. <br><br>I’ve been meal prepping for a week again, but this time I’m trying something new. I’m cooking a protein, starch, and 2-3 veggies. And then making 7 meals of varying caloric intake out of them. <br><br>I feel so much better. I have energy for my walks again, and am more positive. <br>But the best thing is I’m eating healthy for every meal. <br><br>So here’s to meal prep for one, I thought it was for losers, but it’s really for winners! <br><br>Edit: sorry guys.
