When you make a decision and take a path, do you ever wonder where the other paths would lead you?

This has been a topic of discussion in my life as of late. I will try to keep my ramble concise. I feel like this is an incredibly deep concept, and something to really consider. This can be in all walks of life whether it be the choice to go to a university or not, and what that decision would lead to. It goes for going out with friends while they are in town, or staying home and being lazy. If you could see where every path will lead you, and you will lead it, do you think that would be something that you would want to see?
