Most arsonists are men. Most shoplifters are women. Most minimalists are white. How can society be so sexist and racist?

I don't think there's a conspiracy to cause poverty and clutter in communities of color. Why else does everyone seem to be white though? Black people are 15% of the population. Hispanic people are 18% of the population. White people are 60% of the population. But whenever you see a minimalist on YouTube or in a documentary, they're always white. What are the percentages of white vs. non white minimalists in the United States? I guess arsonists would be more complicated because they tend to be people who are mentally ill. The same goes for shoplifters. What's the percentage of white vs. non white people who put out self-help books either as an author or as a YouTube video creator? There's an app called Audm for audiobooks that doesn't have any ads. I don't know how much it costs because I got it for free in the iPhone. It has full audiobooks for basically every self-help book ever written. If you look at the self-help books, the authors are 90% white. Is there a racial or sexist bias towards arsonists, shoplifters, self-help gurus, and minimalists?
