How will no college degree impact my future career potential?

I am going to be a senior this year in high school. I don't have the grades or money to go to college. I am worried that missing out on college will impact my future career potential. I want to become a physical therapist, but I am also very interested in becoming a lawyer. Both of which require a college degree. Do I have any options?
