Can someone make an app that translates a conversation to a written message, with the top 3-5 most commonly said words highlighted?

This would be a great tool for people with hearing impairments. In case the speaker is in a noisy environment, or is wearing a mask, it could be a simple app that has 3-5 top words in a bubble floating on the screen, with the full conversation written out below.
