How's everyone coping?

I know budgets are tighter than ever, and stores are busier than ever. I work in a store and see all those people every day and what they're spending. With the coming holidays, the economy and the environment outside, I think we could all use a thread to relax and talk about how we're coping! Share what you're doing with your family, friends, and budgets to get through these hard times. Or, just share all the stuff you don't like about this time of year or what you're frustrated with about this time of year.
