I think this goes hand in hand with something that I read recently that really stuck with me. <br><br>Gary Vee said that if he has convinced everyone in a meeting that he is right, then he has failed as a leader. This is something that I have been trying to adopt in my own life, especially in my marriage. It is so important to have doubt in life, and to willing to change your opinion. If you are trying to convince people of something all the time then you are not really living your own life. <br><br>And the other side of that is accepting that you are wrong in the first place. Stop being afraid to say, "I don't know."
