You give the government a card that holds the digital keys of your house (the keycard of your house if not digital). The police places it in a locker, and only grants access to it without your approval if they have a valid warrant (they find out you broke a law, unwilling to turn yourself in, etc.) This is to stop gun owners from hiding their guns without a license in their house to avoid being caught and prosecuted.<br><br>CMV
