First of all I want to say that I am in shock to how much I can get done in just 2 hours. I have much more free time now, and this time I can spend it however I want. I am a 22 year old university student, I study economics. I work a part-time job too (35 hours/week).

I go to the gym 4 times/week and I ampeater in top physical condition. I have come to realize that waking up at 5:30 AM doesn’t make me feel tired at all. The gym helps a lot. Probably the most important thing to feel energized is stress-free mind. I have problems sometimes, but anyway I always try to solve my problems as soon as I can. I don’t want to leave anything behind, I want to tackle life head on, and so far everything is great.

My morning routine is this:

Wake up at 5:30 AM, drink water. Sometimes I go for a walk at 6:00 AM. Sometimes when I am feeling in the mood, I go for a run/walk with my dog (1 hour at 6:00 AM). The reason I do this is to wake up, the fresh air helps me. I only do this when I feel like it, I don’t push myself. Then I go to the university library (8:00 AM - 9:10 AM), where I just read a book or listen to classical music while browsing in some uni books. It is very quiet there, I love it. Sometimes I read or listen to music at home too. This is the quietest time of the day, so it is the best time to just sit and enjoy life. The most important thing is to be in peace.

Sometimes I do my homework in the morning (8:00 AM - 9:10 AM). My job is from 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM mon - fri. Sometimes I have classes until 5:30 PM and then I go straight to work. When I am done with work, I go to the gym. I eat dinner at 9:00 PM, and I am in bed at 10:00 PM every day. Sometimes I am in bed at 11:00 PM, and I still don’t feel tired or anything.

Overall I feel great, and I am very happy. If you are thinking of doing something like this, you can do it. It is not that hard. It only took 4-5 days to get used to, and now I feel even better than before. I don’t want to go back to waking up at 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM ever again. If you are thinking of trying this, give it a shot.

I can’t wait to wake up at 5:30 AM tomorrow :)
