How would you build a society around a world where everyone has special powers?

I have been thinking about how it would work in this hypothetical society. <br><br>The idea is that every person has a special power: <br>be they telekinetic, be they telepathic, some have healing powers, some have shape shifting, some have time traveling powers, etc. <br>For deeper reference to get my idea, see the movie 'Megamind' or 'Fantastic Four' and the concept of superpower. <br><br>Now given this idea, how would society be structured? What are the pluses and minuses of such a society? And how would crime and the legal system work in such a society?<br><br>&#x200B;<br><br>I would appreciate any thoughts or insights on the matter.
