Why you should never ever date a man

Let me preface this with the fact that I'm a man and it hurts to admit a lot of what I am about to say. I've spent years defending men, defending myself, as a "good one", but now I can't dispute the sheer amount of evidence that men are on a whole completely predatory and untrustworthy. I have multiple women in my life whose perspectives I trust, who have been abused, who have been raped, who I've seen psychologically manipulated and abused by men. Women in my life catch men in the act of cheating all the time. Women in my life are literally terrified to walk alone at night because of men. I've been let down personally by men. Why would I ever think I can trust a man? Why would I ever think I should tell a woman to trust a man? <br><br>I am not a feminist, I am not an ally. But I am setting myself up for the long haul, to never trust another man in my life, and to never tell a woman to trust one either.
