I thought I was going crazy

This is a convoluted story, so please bare with me.

This happened not too long ago, when it was still somewhat cold in March. I woke up early one morning, turned off my alarm, and immediately went to my windows to open them. It was a sunny day, and I had opened my windows countless amount of times before, but this time it was different.

The windows were locked, and the latches that unlock them were in a position that I have never seen before, they were facing upwards. Not only that but I was sure I had closed the windows the night before, I could even feel the cold wind. I knew my girlfriend had gone to sleep before me, so I thought maybe the house was haunted.

I gave my girlfriend a hard time about it, asking her if she had opened the windows, which she had not. I was convinced she had gotten up in the middle of the night and done it, until I started recalling something even weirder from a week prior.

One Sunday afternoon, my girlfriend and I had ordered take out, and we were paranoid that the food was going to be cold when it got to us. I had texted the delivery driver and asked him if he could call me when he was 10 minutes out. I had fallen asleep waiting for the call, when my girlfriend came and woke me up saying the delivery driver was here.

I looked at the clock on my phone, and it was 8:05. I gave my girlfriend money and asked her to hand it to the driver. I was groggy, so I didn't get out of bed, but after a few minutes my girlfriend didn't come back, so I went to check the door. The door was open and there was no delivery driver, and no food. I asked my girlfriend what was going on, and she said she handed the driver the money and took the food. I was flabbergasted, since I had texted the driver and he said he was about 10 minutes out.

Still confused, I looked at the clock and it was 8:15. I was going crazy, because I had no explanation for how the driver was already there, and why my girlfriend didn't wake me up. She insisted she did, but I was so confused and flustered, and I had passed out again without a second thought.

It turns out that we had both experienced a 10-15 minute gap in time. When we realized this we both started thinking back to other weird instances like this. One where our stove suddenly caught fire out of nowhere, and our smoke alarm went off, but when the fire department came they found nothing wrong with the stove.

Another instance was when I got a call from my girlfriend one night while I was out with friends, telling me that our neighbors were fighting and the cops were at our place. I came home and found out our neighbors were indeed fighting, but she had no recollection of calling me.

All these weird instances got me thinking back to the night before my windows were open. I'm certain I closed them, and I remember feeling the cold wind. Our house had been previously broken into, but I never reported it to the cops because I thought it was my fault for leaving the door unlocked.

That night I couldn't sleep, but I was so tired that at one point I dozed off. I woke up to a noise and heard someone in the kitchen. I saw a figure standing in the hallway and when he saw me he quickly came into my room and ran into my closet.

I jumped out of bed and called the cops. I was crying and hyperventilating, and when the cops arrived they searched my house and found no one. They told me it was probably a raccoon that had gotten into my house, and they left.

The next morning I woke up to find the window wide open, and the latches upside down. I'm still confused about what happened that night, but I'm thankful that nothing worse happened.

EDIT: I've had a lot of people ask questions, so I'm going to address them here.

The only explanation for the 10-15 minute time gap was the delivery driver telling us he was 10 minutes away. My girlfriend and I were both confused because there is no way he could have gotten to us so quickly. My girlfriend insists that she woke me up to tell me about the food, but I don't remember. She also insists she didn't fall asleep that night, but I'm starting to think she did.

The windows are normal windows that require you to twist the latches and push them up to open them. I don't know how someone could fit through them, but it's possible.

I've had multiple people ask if I had a drug problem, and to answer that, I don't. This was all a series of strange events that are hard to explain, and I know the timeline is confusing.

I'm not sure what the intruder was doing in my closet, but when I go back to that night I do remember feeling unwell and disoriented, and the police did tell me I could have been seeing things.

As for the stove, my girlfriend and I were cooking dinner, but I turned off the stove and left the room for a few minutes. I smelled smoke and when I came back the stove was on fire. We called the fire department, and they found nothing wrong with it.
