Why do people hate Taylor Swift so much?

She can't hold a candle to my boy Taylor Momsen, but other than that I'm not sure why people dislike her so much. I don't care for her, but I don't hate her and I know I'll never understand the people who obsess over her, but I also don't understand why people are actively out to get her. Her music is meh, but the internet seems to actively despise her. Why?
