PMilliseconds (PMs) (like P99, P50, P1, etc)

Introduce a new metric for measuring performance: PMs. It’s a time in milliseconds where your app is faster than this amount this percentage of the time. For example, if your app loads in 300ms 99% of the time, you can say P99(300), and you can also say PMs(99, 300) which is more pronounceable. P50(300) is equivalent to PMs(50,300)<br><br>This would be useful for marking substantial events in your app, like P99(300) or P99(1000), and if you want to make a more nuanced statement, like P1(1000) for the absolute outliers.
