Enjoyed backpacking Europe, what next?

I did backpacking Europe with 2 friends last year, really loved it. Where should I go next? Thinking Asia or Americas, but I don’t know what country/area to choose next. Where should I go in the next adventure? I did Europe on a really low budget, not sure about next one<br><br>Europe was 130 days, 15 countries, with a budget of 5k euros.<br><br>I would like to go somewhere with history, food, hiking. I like to walk and visit places and take my time to enjoy. I really loved the train system in Europe, what countries have a train system like Europe?<br><br>Thank you guys!
