I've stolen so much shit today, I'm not happy with it.

I'm a shoplifter. I'm not a proud one. I'm not a happy one. I'm just addicted to something and I don't know how to stop it.<br><br>I've stole a lot of shit in my life, but today was the most I've ever stolen. And no, I'm not proud of it. I'm not happy with it either. It's just something I can't control.<br><br>How do I stop this habit? I don't know how to stop something I've been doing for most of my life but I don't want to be a thief anymore.<br><br>Help.
