If you work the day after an overnight shift how would you steal at the end of the day?

I work an overnight shift 9am to 3am and then have to work again from 9am to 3pm, this has been the shift for the last 4 months or so, so how would I go about stealing at the end of the day when doing overnights? Whenever I used to do the day shift I could easily do the cart method without getting paranoid. I’ve tried hiding shit in my bag but it’s the end of the day so my bag is right there in sight. Idk, not that I’m hurting for funds but it’s not the same when I’m actually getting paid for the work lol
