Why do my co-workers do this

At my job when it’s the women’s turn to do the dishes, they always ask the men to do the dishes for them. This usually happens about once a week and it is annoying.<br><br>If I say no, I am a sexist asshole who doesn’t think women can do anything. If I say yes, I am validating the stereotype that women can’t do anything. They think they are entitled to have us do the dishes for them whenever they feel like it, and they usually don’t say anything until the last minute, so we can’t say no.<br><br>I don’t want to be rude, but this bullshit really pisses me off.<br><br>&#x200B;<br><br>Edit: Some of you are misunderstanding it, they don’t say it as a joke, they literally mean it.
