Why are men often celebrated for being single prudes, but if a woman is single and a prude, she is often shamed and called desperate? I've seen men being celebrated for waiting till marriage to lose their virginity or even waiting till marriage to even kiss anyone. But if a woman does that, people shame her for it.<br><br>Edit: By prude I mean someone who waits till marriage before having sex.
