I've been away for a year or so. Came back and every other post seems to be:

* Poor person posts about interaction with rich person
* Commenters assume that the rich person is Bill Gates (or a Werewolf) and that any misstep by the poor person is a reason to fire and possibly murder them.

I'm sure that the vast majority of bosses are somewhere between Jesus Christ and the op's boss in the previous post; i.e. not evil by any means, but also not understanding of employees' difficult lives.

I also know that there are far, far more poor people than rich people. So why do we assume that the boss is a billionaire?

or

* Regular person posts about interaction with verbally handicapped person.
* Commenters assume that the handicapped person is a Werewolf in constant need of validation and that any slight of the handicapped person is the regular person's fault.

I know there are a lot of handicapped people. But I work for an Alzheimer's charity and I've never met a person with Alzheimer's who was capable of holding down a job. Where are all these handicapped people coming from? Why do we assume that every interaction with a handicapped person is with a Werewolf?

It seems like there is a vocal minority that:
a) assumes everyone else is hyper-capable, and
b) assumes that any missteps by the narrative's hero is by definition AH behavior.
