It was the year 2025. Schools were more than thrilled to finally see the end of parents who valued a good office job.<br><br>It started with some mumblings and grumblings from the unions, but soon the news was full of pending legislation to ensure that all children were supported in their endeavours to become a doctor, lawyer, teacher or whatever it may be. No child would ever again be made to feel too small or weak to chase their dream of being a chef.<br><br>It was an exciting time, that is until the laws were put in place.<br><br>Suddenly schools were being sued left and right. Every parent who took their child to ballet was now either breaking the law or getting sued. <br><br>We went from ‘get a real job’ to ‘I really hope you like the taste of your own foot’<br><br>You are 15 and you want to become a professional dancer. How will you survive living with your litigious parents?<br><br>TL;DR: The government has made it illegal to prevent your children from becoming professional artists. If they want to dance, you have to take them to their ballet lessons. How do you cope with parents who want you to be the bread winner?
