Any other men out there feel that we got fat shamed as well?

I have been a chubby man almost all my life, and sometimes I don't understand why we have to have so much hate against fat people, and overall women.

When I was 15, I was in school, and they had a health nurse come in, and she mentioned that I was overweight, and then asked me why she thought I was fat, and honestly I didn't know. I don't like going to the gym, or out running. I just always was on the heavier side.

In the past few years, I have been losing a little bit, but it is hard. I still have trouble sleeping, so I end up getting tired and grabbing food. But I have been doing better, and I have lost about 50 pounds so far.

I just hate how much hate chubby people get. I don't like the overall body positivity movement, it just doesn't make sense to me that everyone can be healthy at all sizes, but my point is I don't see why we should be hated, or insulted because of our weight.

I am not going to lie it does hurt when people say it. I don't want to change my diet or get in a gym, and honestly who cares. I don't judge people for being skinny, but I do judge them for judging others for their weight.

Honestly if you hate chubby people you can just ignore my existence, and I won't bother you.

Edit, this is just my opinion, and yes I believe that if you want to be healthier that is fine, sometimes it's hard to be healthier, but I would never judge you for that.
