This may seem like a very silly thing to post, but I've genuinely heard people say that Americans who wish to live in other countries (let's just pretend that people have the means to do this) are unpatriotic, and I'd like to change your view on the matter. I personally have always felt that the United States is not the greatest country in the world, just because you happen to be born here. I've talked to people who are genuinely afraid to leave the borders of our great nation because they think that anything outside of the U.S. and Canada and Mexico are underdeveloped countries, which just simply is not true. I think that our country has a lot of issues that definitely need to be addressed, such as the huge wealth gap, the fact that we don't have free healthcare, our country's definition of freedom, etc. I know a man who lives in Europe who loves the United States so much but is disappointed in it and wishes to live in another country with different values. I truly believe that America isn't the greatest nation on earth and I think we'd be better off if people lived where they feel more comfortable. I do love this country, but I'd also love to live in a different country, and I don't think that makes me unpatriotic at all. I'm planning on moving to Canada. I do love this country but I am disappointed in it, as we all should be. I just want to be in a place where I feel happy and comfortable with my country. I'm not saying that I'm going to stop being an American, just moving. I truly believe that moving to a different country is not unpatriotic and you should definitely have the right to do so if you wish, and if you don't think that, I'd be glad to change your view.

Edit: To clear things up, I'm not saying that if you choose to live your whole life in the US that you're wrong and unpatriotic. I'm just saying that if someone decides to do that that they're not unpatriotic.
