Anyone think that AI will lead to the death of "The Office" type shows?

"The Office" type shows are a staple of 20th-century TV, but I think there will be a death of this sort of show in the future due to AI.

In "The Office", you have this very awkward show where the characters know that they are being filmed, and you have the camera crew constantly moving in and out of the show.

With AI, I can imagine just having a "The Office" like show, but with animated characters and animated environments, and animated camera movements -- all made by computers.

I just don't see what's the point of some comedy show like "The Office" if everything can be simulated by a computer. I see a future of more fantastical shows and more sci-fi, because we have the technology now to simulate anything that we want. We can simulate anything, and that means that the simulated comedy will have more appeal than anything in the real world.

Technology is always changing the way that we create art. For example, film destroyed the theater industry because film was a way of mass-producing the art of theater. We can see this today with how film and television have destroyed the theater industry in terms of the rate of production.

I think that we will see the same thing with comedy shows. AI will just make live-action comedy shows completely redundant, and will probably destroy the comedy industry in the same way that film destroyed theater.

And I don't think that this isn't going to happen to movies either, because if you can have "The Office" with animated characters and animated environments, then you can create entire animated movies in the same way as well.
