Utility company website uses ChatGPT. How do I complain?

I’m livid. The local public utility company (power & water) has a new website and if you try to report any kind of issue you’re greeted by a goddamn chatbot. <br><br>Someone on the phone said I should email the feedback link on the website, and it will be read by authorities. There is no link for official complain, so it will be like sending it to void.<br><br>What to say to authorities in order to let them know how much we hate the new AI-powered chatbot? Any suggestions?
