Why don't we take back maldives from modern-day Arabs or Muslims? Or Lakshadweep?

The Maldives was a Hindu state before it was forcefully converted to islam. There were a lot of Bharatiya islands that were forcefully converted by the Arabs and the Portuguese. I think we should take back all of them.<br>The Maldives is a small island nation. Taking back Maldives and Lakshadweep from the clutches of the Arabs could be an easy win for us. Am I right?
