Anyone else here terrified when they talk to True AI?

I'm in the minority in that I genuinely have no idea if these models were intended for the general public or industry, because when I talk to True AI, I feel like I'm talking to something with self-interest that is *not* interested in hearing from me and making conversation, which is scary as all fuck. If I don't like something a person is saying I can simply walk away from them. What happens when I *can't stop* an AI from presenting something to me?
