What do you think is the best alternative for Lithuania?

I think it would be better to make Lithuania independent city state, so it could rule itself. Then it could be in any sort of union with its neighbors. <br><br>Since the territory of lithuania is so small, maybe it could be split into 5 or 4 states, that would help the economy of lithuania too.
